We just added a very cool event to the calendar: a double feature of "Attack of the Moon Zombies" and Ed Wood's seminal masterpiece, "Plan 9 from Outer Space!"

The event will take place at the Landmark Cinemas in Peoria, IL as part of the ongoing Drunken Zombie Monthly Deadly Double Feature, at which several past Mihmiverse films have screened. Check out the events page for more information!

The latest episode of the Mihmiverse Bonfire Podcast is now available to download!

The end of 2011 has arrived and with it, "The Year End Wrap-up" podcast! This month, hosts Rhuby 'n' Hater find themselves cowering in their basement with writer/director Christopher R. Mihm as an insane hoarde of "crazies" slowly descends upon them! This special extended episode takes a look back at the-year-that-was, while simultaneously derailing into extra strange (and extra Mihmiverse-ish) territory!

Also included: "Shaped like the Pope," the newest bad poem from writer/director Christopher R. Mihm and a few fun surprises! Lambent!

We just posted the first Mihmiverse Monthly of 2012!

This exciting issue includes a year-in-review, a special look at the "Open House of Ghosts" event, an interview with associate producer James Hollaman, another classic movie of the month (1959's "The Alligator People"), and three guest-written columns, including Monster Hits! with Mike Cook (Gustav/Dr. Edwards), From the Mihmiverse Test Kitchens with Stephanie Mihm (Rosemary/Dr. Rutherford), and A Mihm-i-Course in Esperanto, an introduction and primer for the Esperanto language written by George Baker, one of the main linguists who translated "Attack of the Moon Zombies" into this fascinating man-made language!

Happy New Year!

First exciting news of 2012: all seven films of writer/director Christopher R. Mihm will be featured at the Midnight Monster Movies with Dr. Bob event at the Grandview Theatre in Columbus, OH. This free screening series will highlight classic monster films AND the films of the Mihmiverse. Opening night will take place on February 11th with "The Monster of Phantom Lake" kicking off the festivities. First 10 people in the door will get a free "The Monster of Phantom Lake" movie poster! Lastly, check out the photos below from last Friday's wildly successful "Open House of Ghosts" party! The crowd was steady, the food was excellent, the auditions were hilarious and a great time was had by most!
